What type of equipment will I be working on and/or selling?
There is an opportunity to work on and/or sell John Deere Agriculture and Construction, Vermeer, Wirtgen, and Topcon depending on where you choose to apply.

What will my pay be?
Your hourly wage will be based upon many factors which include, but are not limited to, experience, academic performance, cost of living factors, and others. As a participant in the organization’s career path efforts, you will have the opportunity to advance your skill set, performance, and compensation throughout your career.

Are there opportunities for advancement?
Yes! RDO Equipment Co. prides itself on providing employees the opportunity to advance within the organization according to their skills and experience. This will be discussed in greater detail during the interview process as well as throughout your career with RDO Equipment Co.

Could I work part-time with RDO Equipment Co. while I am enrolled in school?

Yes, students, who are participating in our Access Your Future Programs are often eligible to work during the school year depending on business needs. Students can work part-time after classes, on weekends and breaks from school, depending on proximity to the dealership.
