Access Your Future High School Programs

There is no better way to learn about RDO Equipment Co. than to see it firsthand. For students that are looking to experience our industry, RDO offers three high school student opportunities that introduce students to all the departments within our stores. The goal of seeing Parts, Sales, Service, Technology and Administration is for a student to better understand the wealth of potential they have on the RDO team.  

Programs

• Store Tours – come visit and see what is going on at RDO. Will take you around the store so you can see what happens in real life.
• Job Shadow – dedicate 3 -10 hours to observing all things RDO. You will spend time really witnessing what RDO team members do in their roles. This can be done in 1 day or over several days during a week.
• High School Intern – this is a paid opportunity where you work in an RDO location. Most students coordinate this with their school’s work-based learning program to receive class credit.
