Access Your Future Service Technician Intern and Apprenticeship Programs

The Access Your Future Service Program is for students interested in a career in the equipment industry as a Service Technician.

This program provides two distinct career paths, Service Intern and Service Technician Apprentice. You're qualified if you will be attending, are currently attending, or have just graduated from an accredited diesel, heavy equipment service, powersports or other RDO-approved program.

  • 4 years of post-graduation financial incentives

 

What will I be doing?

  • Working with your hands in a service shop environment
  • Using tools and technology to repair, maintain and support heavy equipment
  • Solving problems and experiencing new challenges every day

Program Requirements

  • Must be passionate about equipment service and have a desire to continue to learn to ensure our customers machines are receiving the best care in the industry
  • RDO Equipment Co. needs to be your first employer in diesel or heavy equipment service following graduation
  • Strong program attendance
  • Maintain and graduate with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
