If you used the MyHonnen customer portal on a regular basis, we may have already transitioned you to an RDO Account. To activate your RDO Account you will need to set your password here

After signing into your RDO Account, shop our multi-vendor catalog of 620,000 heavy equipment parts displaying the real-time inventory of 85 RDO stores.
An online RDO Account allows you to view invoices, manage your fleet, and buy parts online. Previously active MyHonnen account holders can attempt to set their RDO Account password or quickly request a free RDO Account.
The transition to RDO may limit the parts purchase history viewable through your RDO Account. Please request detailed parts purchase history from your local store or account manager.
EPAY is no longer an option for paying your account balance online. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
While we have records indicating which customers have special tax consideration, a change in business ownership requires that you send your most recent tax-exemption certificate. Please complete a new form and email it to SalesTax@RDOequipment.com.
Vendor partners should contact our Accounts Payable department and request our W9 and ACH setup forms if you have not already received a copy via USPS. You are welcome to direct any questions to AP@RDOequipment.com.
Your previous Honnen Equipment credit limit is available for your use. However, you will need to download and submit a new RDO credit application by January 31, 2024. Any questions regarding the credit application can be directed to RDOcreditapp@RDOequipment.com.
