Meet Joe O., Customer Service Advisor at RDO in Austin, Texas.

Following a career in the U.S. Army, Joe found his next fit with RDO Equipment Co. As a customer service advisor, his job is to coordinate parts and service for customers’ equipment and RDO’s rental fleet. He responds to what his customers need, meaning he never knows exactly where he will be on any given day, but his goal remains the same — to ensure his customers have the solutions they need.

Joe Olivas

More than 27 years ago, Joe Olivas kept diesel engines up and running as a field service technician while he served in the U.S. Army. After he concluded his military service, he continued as a diesel technician, working all over Texas. Now at RDO Equipment Co. as a Customer Service Advisor, he partners with contractors, so they extend their machines’ lifetime through preventative maintenance and machine monitoring.
