People building in the Mountain region can now visit RDO Equipment Co. at eight John Deere construction equipment stores in Idaho, Utah and Wyoming. The expansion results from RDO’s acquisition of a portion of Honnen Equipment.
“We’re eager to keep building relationships with a new set of customers,” said RDO’s President Chris Cooper. “At RDO, we have always viewed growth as a means of getting better, not just bigger, and we see a lot of opportunity to be the best possible partner to customers in the region.”
Since announcing the agreement last month, RDO leadership has worked alongside Honnen team members to ensure a seamless transition. More than 150 team members have joined RDO across locations in Gillette, Casper, Cheyenne, Rock Springs in Wyoming, Salt Lake City, St. George, Ogden in Utah and Idaho Falls in Idaho. These locations are officially ready to do business as RDO.
This investment unites RDO’s construction equipment sales, parts, and service footprint from Montana to Arizona and marks an opportunity to elevate the customer experience for Mountain region contractors.
“RDO is here to build on the foundation that Honnen has created by increasing our investment in team members, their tools, resources and the overall business to efficiently serve customers,” said RDO Equipment Co. Executive Vice President Marshall Anderson.
Anderson emphasized the move represents a long-term investment in customers, communities and team members focused on success for all stakeholders through committed partnership.
"We understand our customers are building the world around us," Anderson said. "And we're committed to supporting them every step of the way."
