The two begin the conversation by discussing Adam’s outlook on the supply chain and RDO Equipment Co.’s proactive approach to help customers manage their equipment needs. The two also discuss how technology can help address fleet management challenges as well as workforce challenges.

“Technology has enabled contractors to have workers with less expertise be more productive,” Adam says. “It’s not going to make them experts, but it is going to take someone who’s a novice and make them much more productive. It will take someone who has a really good skillset and make them more productive in the work they do.”
