Austin Ehret — Moorhead, Minnesota
RDO Equipment Co. Field Service Technician Austin improvises and overcomes to ensure customers are up and running.
"I get to see different locations every day," he said. "And tackle problems by finding the quickest, safest and most efficient solution."

Matt Strock — Billings, Montana
Fifteen years ago, Matt Strock began his career at RDO Equipment Co. as a Field Service Technician working around Montana on heavy equipment. Through the years, his passion for construction technology, including GPS positioning systems like Topcon, continues to grow.
Today, he's a trainer and remote support specialist for internal and external customers, paying forward his expertise to keep customers up and running. Watch Matt share his growth and day-to-day experiences as a Solutions Center Specialist at RDO Integrated Controls.
Matt Saar — Moorhead, Minnesota
At a young age, RDO Equipment Co. Service Operations Manager Matt Saar had an interest in fixing things when he would hang out with his dad, who worked in the car business.
As an adult, he started his career as an automotive technician and grew into a sales and service manager. Six years ago, Matt took the leap from the automotive industry to agriculture heavy equipment at RDO Equipment Co.
"Growing up in Park Rapids, Minnesota, I was familiar with Offutt Farms, but when I moved to Fargo-Moorhead, I met people who worked for RDO and heard about how it was a good company to work for," Matt explained.
Today, Matt and his team work together to keep machines running.
"I love working with my co-workers. It's truly a team environment," he said. Matt emphasizes when you've made that connection. You really are invested in making it an enjoyable and successful experience.

Brandon Barela — Lakeside, California
"When I was younger, my grandfather was a truck driver," said Brandon Barela, Trucking Manager for Southwest Region at RDO Equipment Co.
Five years ago, when Brandon worked in construction, he felt motivated to "get off the ladder." So, he followed his grandfather's legacy and applied for a trucking dispatcher job.
Today, he combines his construction industry knowledge with management skills gained through working with his RDO teammates.
"I couldn't ask for a better team," he said. "We really do come together to create success."
