When
RDO Equipment Co. acquired Evergreen Implementand added Moses Lake, Washington to the team, the location was facing a challenge – a good challenge, but a challenge nonetheless: it had greatly outgrown its location.
The team was seeking a solution for the squeeze. They found it in
the form of a 10-acre property located on the northeast corner of Interstate 90 and Highway 17. This past spring, the RDO team and its partner, BC Contracting, broke ground on a new home for RDO in Moses Lake.

Ian Carey. He noted at that point, the store began to take shape and team members’ excitement grew as they were able to visualize their new space.
This month, exterior wall framing and in-floor heat tubing began, and work continued on
other efforts including exterior grading, building skylights, and pouring the floor for the parts department. Parts is one of the key areas that Regional General Manager, Brandon Gray, is especially excited about. The new warehouse is being designed with
new technology and a thoughtful, efficient design.
“The parts warehouse uses a vertical space technology system to maximize storage and make it really easy and accessible to locate parts,” he said. “Our team is especially
excited about this because we’ll be able to find parts and fulfill orders fast to better serve our customers and their parts needs.”
Looking ahead, the next significant milestone will happen in late December, with the exterior building
enclosure scheduled.
