Ken Sisk

In 2019, Ken joined RDO Equipment Co. as the power systems (generator) service manager in Bismarck, ND. After two stand-out years in Bismarck, in 2021, Ken moved to Chandler, AZ where he was promoted to the role of service operations manager. Today, Ken is the field service operations manager for Chandler and Pheonix where he oversees the development and success of industry-leading field service technicians. Ken enjoys a lot about his work. However, watching new technicians develop in their skills and progress their careers, working with his coworkers who are like family and helping RDO’s customers keep their operations running through efficient service are his three favorite aspects of the job.
