Dustin Yoder

Dustin has been with RDO Equipment Co. for over 22 years. After joining RDO as an apprentice technician (his first job out of college), Dustin has excelled in a lot of different positions within the organization — from field service technician to service manager and service operations manager. Today, Dustin is the aftermarket manager in Minot, ND where he oversees a team of talented technicians who deliver world-class service to customers throughout the region. Team building and providing solutions are Dustin’s passions, which make him a great fit for his role. You’ll often find him out in the shop, helping technicians troubleshoot on machinery and providing guidance to his growing team.
