What's behind the science of a 3-blade mower deck?

It all starts with a minimum of 10-gauge steel. (The same gauge steel with which many safes are constructed.) Then we forge that steel into a mower deck. Much like a chef’s knife, forging is a proven process conducted with proprietary tooling that maximizes both the strength and the performance of the mower. Finally, each deck is topped off with reinforcements welded to the trim edge for extreme durability.
