In 2013, RDO Equipment Co. acquired Water Tech Ag Supply, renamed RDO Water. The RDO Water team has an impressive track record of growth and a superior focus on customer service. RDO Equipment Co. is looking forward to building upon that reputation.

RDO Equipment Co. owns and operates more than 75 dealerships in ten states, selling quality brands such as John Deere, Vermeer, and Topcon. In 1968, RDO Equipment Co. was a single John Deere dealership in Casselton, ND. Ron Offutt, Founder, was a third-generation potato farmer who worked in the fields alongside his father throughout his school years and post-college until 1968 when the opportunity to expand the family enterprise led to the purchase of a John Deere dealership. With the knowledge gained from launching the initial store, RDO Equipment Co. grew to become a provider of state-of-the-art products and support for the agriculture and construction industries.
