This can vary a lot depending on the day and each specific job. That said, among other things, our parts team members may spend their time selling parts, communicating with customers, working with salespeople on their deals, working with our service technicians and inventorying parts.

As an RDO parts team member, you will earn an hourly wage that's competitive within your market. Your wage will vary depending on your level of experience. We also offer a quarterly profit-sharing program that is based on department and personal performance.
This varies by location and time of year. Depending on these factors (the workload of the store and the size of the parts team) a parts team member may be asked to work an occasional Saturday shift. This could be as frequently as once a month or as infrequently as once per quarter.
Generally speaking, our hiring process includes a completed application, 1-2 in-person interviews (usually the first is with the hiring manager, the second is with a panel) and a role-fit assessment. This process may be shorter or longer depending on the situation. All job offers are contingent on a favorable drug screening and background check.
Yes. On the parts team, overtime is a possibility. Of course, this is based on seasonality, with certain times of year busier than others.
