What is the SkillBridge Intern Program?

  • Active service members within 6 months of exiting the military qualify for this path
  • John Deere provides access to 31 web based training core prerequisites courses
  • RDO Equipment Co. would provide uniforms and tools needed to be successful in the program

What is the SkillBridge Apprentice Program?

  • Veterans, National Guard, and Reserves qualify for this path
  • Upon full time hire, access to 24 months of John Deere University training is available at no cost
  • John Deere provides a Tool Program discount
