Within the next few minutes, you'll receive an email with your unique return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions for how and where to ship your returned items.

Online orders can either be returned to any RDO Equipment Co. store or shipped to our warehouse. Orders shipped back require completion of an RMA form.
1. Please enclose a copy of the RMA receipt in each box returned to us.
2. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of each box.
3. Address your shipment to the following address:

Refunds are typically processed within three days from the receipt of returned merchandise or refund request.
